M: Mineralize
Prepare the gut terrain so what comes next can actually take hold.
Use: Ph Sachet & Liquid Chloride Salts.
Before any reseeding makes sense, the gut needs to be receptive. Minerals and fluids set the environment for everything else — pH, motility, the mucus layer that beneficial bacteria adhere to. Skip this step and the next one has nothing to land on.
Mineralise is short by design. Seven days of pH buffering and chloride loading. The terrain is primed, then the protocol moves on
E: Establish
Reseed the beneficial bacteria the gut needs but doesn't have.
Use: Probiotic Sachets
Once the terrain is primed, Establish brings in the populations the gut is missing. Progurt uses Human Probiotic Isolates™ — strains originally isolated from healthy human gut microbiomes, not foreign or soil-derived strains.
Establish runs across Days 7–14. Seven days gives the strains time to colonise the terrain you just prepared. By the end of Establish, the ecosystem is in place — but it isn't yet fed.
N: Nourish
Feed and fortify the ecosystem so it can hold.
Use: Immune Protein Prebiotic
A populated gut is not yet a resilient one. Nourish feeds the established strains with prebiotic fibre, fortifies the gut barrier, and supports the digestive flow that keeps the ecosystem moving.
This is the phase most people skip — and the phase most responsible for whether the gains from Establish are kept past week six.
D: Defend
Maintain what you built. Long-term.
Use: Yogurt Incubator make food with your probiotic!
Defend is the maintenance phase — and the phase most customers stay in once they reach it. A monthly rhythm of probiotic refills, the Nourish stack, and the Incubator for at-home yogurt culture.
Defend isn't an end-point. It's the running protocol of someone whose gut works.
