Our Superfood includes organic peppermint leaf powder, organic lemon juice powder, and pure organic monk fruit as a sweetener.
Contains:
- Beetroot (Source of Folate, Manganese, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Potassium, and betalains, a powerful antioxidant that gives beets their vibrant color. Betalains reduce inflammation and may help protect against cancer and other diseases.)
- Moringa (high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals including calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, which help your body heal and build muscle. The moringa leaf contains 7 times more vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas.
- Chlorella (A freshwater algae dense in nutrients. Chlorella is good source of Vitamin A, Zinc, Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Folate, and healthy fats like Omega-3s. Chlorella typically contains about 50%-60% complete protein with all nine essential amino acids.
- Spirulina (A blue-green algae and a good source of Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Copper, Iron, and Magnesium. Spirulina is a potent source of nutrients which includes the protein phycocyanin. Research shows phycocyanin may have antioxidant, pain-relief, anti-inflammatory, and brain-protective properties.
- Turmeric (A spice common in India where it has been used as medicine for centuries to treat issues such as respiratory problems. Studies show turmeric can reduce inflammation, ease depression/ PMS, fight infection, help IBS, lower cholesterol and more.
- Matcha (is a powder that’s made of finely ground green tea leaves from the camellia sinensis plant. High in L-Theanine, antioxidants, caffeine, and amino acids. Some studies show aids in liver health / detox, weight management, auto-immune disorders, reduces inflammation, helps moods.)
- Wheatgrass (high in antioxidants, including Glutathione, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. Fights free radicals, reduces oxidative stress, protectis against arthritis, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. Nutrients found in wheatgrass also include Vitamin A, Vitamin K, B Vitamins, Calcium, Iron, and Magnesium.
- Ashwagandha, (aka Indian ginseng has been used in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years to boost nutrition, ease pain and inflammation, and treat insomnia. Ashwagandha is considered an adaptogen which helps the body better handle stress.
- Peppermint Leaf Powder ( An herb that is derived from a cross of 2 herbs: water mint and spearmint. Can soothe upset stomach, ease headaches, kill mouth germs, releive stuffy sinus, releive menstrual cramps, releive seasonal allergies, helps focus.)
- Lemon Juice Powder (An excellent source of Vitamin C and has many uses, from culinary to medicinal. Anti-bacterial, balances blood pressure, boosts immune function)
- Monk Fruit (A small melon-like fruit grown in China and gets its name from Buddist monks who originally grew it centuries ago. Monk fruit is an alternative to sugar. Helps improve glycemic index, anti-inflammatory)
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take three (3) scoops once daily in water, juice, or, smoothie.
